Finalmente riesco ad essere puntuale! La nail art di dicembre è chiaramente ispirata al Natale, ma è semplicissima da realizzare e oltretutto molto portabile. Un grazie di cuore a Chiara per avermi voluta nel gruppo e un saluto speciale a tutte le compagne di twinsie!
Yee! This month I am on time! The December nail art of course is inspired by Christmas, but it's a very simple and "appropriate for work" one (more or less).
I would like to thank Chiara for this cute twinsie and of course also all the other girls who participated!

Come potete vedere l'ispirazione di questo mese era tanto carina quanto semplice... mi sono quindi permessa di modificarla un pochino.

As you can see the original nail art was very cute and very simple, so I decided to modify it a bit. You can see below the first version...

Perdonate il ritardo... è un'impressione mia o questo autunno va tremendamente di corsa?
In ogni caso mi sarebbe dispiaciuto troppo saltare questo mese: la nail art è facile ma molto carina; l'unica variazione che ho introdotto - vista la scarsità di smalti glitterati nella mia collezione- è l'olografico dorato al posto dell'oro glitteroso. Vi lascio qualche altra foto, spero siano di vostro gradimento!
Forgive me for the delay ... this fall goes tremendously fast!
In any case I did not want to skip this month: the nail art is easy but very pretty; the only change that I have introduced - due to the lack of glitter nail polish in my collection- is the golden holographic instead of gold glitter nail polish.

Non ci crederete ma avevo questo post pronto già dal 14 sera... ci tenevo ad essere puntuale, ma poi tra una cosa ed un'altra sono riuscita a pubblicarlo solo oggi. Eh vabbè.... cercherò di recuperare il prossimo mese.
Ho amato moltissimo questa nail art: è divertente da fare e molto soddisfacente da indossare. Sicuramente proverò a cimentarmi nuovamente in qualcosa di simile, magari invertendo i finish (base crema e holo per i triangoli) in modo che sia un briciolo più sobria e portabile anche in ufficio... anche se oramai i miei confini di cosa sia appropriato o meno per i luoghi di lavoro sono decisamente molto in là... per fortuna oramai mi conoscono e si sono tutti rassegnati!
You won't believe... I had this post ready since the 14th of this month but I wasn't able to write a couple of words till now! I'm sorry, sometimes the life is just a bit busy and I have to accept it. I'll try to be more in time next month, I promise!
I liked this nail art a LOT. For sure I'll try to recreate a similar one in order to wear it also at work.... I am thinking about invert the finishes: using the creme as base and the holo for details probably the result will be less... flashing!

Non ci crederete ma per la nail art di oggi ho usato SOLO smalti senza scomodare i colori acrilici! L'evento è talmente degno di nota che vado ad elencarli:

• Peggy Sage Blanche
• Peggy Sage Jasmine
• Pupa 800

La mia versione non è esattamente all'altezza dell'originale soprattutto per quanto riguarda le palme sul pollice, che mi si sono un pò pasticciate. Ho dovuto inoltre abolire i glitter sull'anulare perchè.... non posseggo nessuno smalto glitterato color oro! Eh lo so.... imperdonabile da parte mia, ma detesto i glitter (soprattutto al momento della rimozione) così gli smalti di questo tipo in mio possesso si contano davvero sulla punta delle dita. Che ne dite, va bene lo stesso?

You will not believe it, but for this nail art I used ONLY nail polishes without disturbing acrylic colors! The event is so remarkable that I am going to list them:

• Peggy Sage Blanche
• Peggy Sage Jasmine
• Pupa 800

My version is not exactly so good as the original, especially talking about the palms on my thumb, I have a bit messed up. I had to also abolish glitters on the ring finger because .... I do not have any nail polish with golden glitter ! Oh I know .... indefensible on my part, but I hate glitters (especially at the moment of removal) so you can really count on your fingers the nail polishes of this type that I own. I hope it's fine anyway!

L'ispirazione per il mese attuale rientra assolutamente nelle mie corde... a malincuore ho dovuto smorzare un pò l'effetto arcobaleno perchè dovevo andare al lavoro la mattina dopo e non avevo il tempo per fare la nail art, toglierla e rimettere lo smalto. Questi sono i drammi della vita!
I liked a lot the inspiration for this month! I reluctantly had to tone down a bit the rainbow effect because I had to go to work the next morning and I had no time to do nail art, remove it and do my nails again. These are the dramas of life!

La nail art di Maggio è a tema matrimoni, ed effettivamente è piuttosto calzante... per l'occasione vestiamo le due dita centrali con gli abiti nuziali. Per realizzarla ho utilizzato #Irony di Faby su tutte le dita eccetto che per il medio, dove ho steso una base bianca. A questo punto ho dipinto i dettagli con i colori acrilici e ho dato una passata leggera con dei piccoli brillantini olografici.
The theme of the May nail art is about weddings: we dress the two middle fingers by bridal and groom . To achieve the result that I used #Irony by Faby on all fingers except for the medium, where I spread a white base. At this point I painted the details with acrylic paint and I gave a very light touch with small holographic glitters.

It's a bit late but I'm just in time to join A Year With Nail Art #3  twinsie by   Chiara from blog love, photo and scrap.

La nail art di Aprile mi è piaciuta moltissimo, adoro i motivi fiorellosi!
Per dipingere queste graziose margherite ho utilizzato i colori acrilici su una base lilla, Orchid Dream di Glam Lac.
I liked a lot this nail art: I very love daises. I painted the flowers on a lilac base (Orchid Dream by  Glam Lac) with acrylic colours.

A Year With Nail Art #3 - Marzo

Buongiorno a tutti!
Da questo mese, per gentile concessione di Chiara del blog love, photo and scrap partecipo ad un simpatico appuntamento con le nail art. L'idea è quella di ispirarsi ogni mese ad una nail art e provbare a riprodurla. Quella di marzo la vedete nel collage sotto sulla sinistra: è piena di pecorelle su base multicolore, il mio solito tripudio di sobrietà insomma!

From this month I am starting a new twinsie:  A Year With Nail Art #3 created by Chiara from the blog love, photo and scrap. The idea is simple but very cute: each month we try to replicate a nail art. You can see the candidate for march in the collage below, on the left.

Ora qualcuna di voi potrebbe pensare: ma che unghie luuuuunghe che hai! Ecco vi fermo subito: mi sono trovata a fare questa nail art una sera di un giorno lavorativo e non potendo presentarmi in ufficio con le unghie a pecorelle ho usato l'ancora di salvezza: le tips.
Ecco il mo gregge multicolore!
If some of you now is thinking: "wow, her nails are super long!" please stop and have a look below.
I had to use nail tips because the morning after I had to went office and I can't join an official meeting with this super cute but very inappropriate nails!
