Buonasera a tutte e bentornate!
Sono un pò in ritardo per la BirthFlowers , ma essendo questo l'ultimo episodio mi sarebbe dispiaciuto troppo mancare. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare Alice per la bella iniziativa che ha lanciato... cara, so che in questo periodo sei molto presa dalla vita reale, ma se in futuro deciderai di rilanciare proposte simili considerami della partita!

This is the last episode and I would like to thank Alice for this very cute idea. I know that you are very busy in this moment but in case you'll decide to propose something similar in the future I'll be glad to participate!

 

Il fiore di Dicembre non poteva che essere l'azzeccatissima Stella di Natale, che ho tentato di riprodurre sulle mie unghie con i miei fedeli compagni di nail art: i colori acrilici! 

Mi sa che ho un pò esagerato con le foto, ma visto che è l'ultima puntata spero che mi perdonerete.

The flower of December could only be the very suitable Poinsettia, that I have tried to paint on my nails with my faithful companions of nail art: acrylic colors!
I know that maybe I have a bit exaggerated with The pictures, but since it's the last episode I hope you will forgive me.

BirthFlowers Challenge #11 November - Chrysanthemus

Buon lunedì a bentornate all'appuntamento mensile con la BirthFlowers!
Il fiore di novembre è il bellissimo Crisantemo. Nel nostro paese questo fiore gode di una fama un pò lugubre, essendo associato ai cimiteri, ma in moltissime altre culture è un fiore come gli altri; per questo motivo ho voluto ispirarmi a Crisantemi dai colori brillanti, invece che ai tipici fiori bianchi.

The flower of November is the gorgeous chrysanthemum. In our country this flower has a bit gloomy reputation, being associated to the cemeteries, but in many other cultures it is a flower like the others; for this reason I wanted to be inspired by Chrysanthemums in bright colors, instead of the typical white flowers.

Come sicuramente potrete immaginare, si tratta di un disegno realizzato con i colori acrilici su una base nude (OPI Don't Prezel My Buttons). Il risultato ha superato le mie aspettative, per cui abbiate pazienza e sopportate la quantità eccessiva di foto...
As you can imagine the design has been realized with acrylic colors on a nude base (OPI Don't Prezel My Buttons). The result exceeded my expectations, so be patient and bear the excessive amount of pictures ...

BirthFlowers Challenge #10 October - Calendula

Buon lunedì a bentornate all'appuntamento mensile con la BirthFlowers! Il fiore di ottobre è la Calendula e debbo ammettere che prima di questa settimana non sapevo bene che aspetto avesse. Dopo averla cercata però è stato amore a prima vista! Avevo proprio voglia di una nail art dai colori accesi e il contrasto tra arancione e verde mi ha subito conquistata.

The October flower is the Calendula and I must admit that before this week I was not sure about how this flower was. After the research, however, I fell in love with it at first sight! I was really in the right mood for a nail art in bright colors and I was immediately captured by the contrast between orange and green.

Sarete molto sorpresi: stavolta non ho usato i colori acrilici! Di segito gli smalti usati:

Il fiore di oggi è l'Ipomoea Violacea, parente alla larga del convolvolo.

The September flower is the Morning Glory.  

Vorrei farvi tutto un discorso sul fatto che ho scoperto da wikipedia che ha effetti stupefacenti e che da quel momento ho guardato con sospetto i fiori del mio giardino per poi scoprire che erano semplici convolvolo, ma mi è appena venuto un raffreddore devastante.
Quindi raccolgo giusto le forza per fare questo post e poi torno a fare l'ameba lamentosa sul divano.
Però vi lascio un sacco di foto! Ah, stavolta sono riuscita a dipingere anche la sinistra!

BirthFlowers Challenge #8 August- Poppy

Buon lunedì a bentornate all'appuntamento mensile con la BirthFlowers!
 Il fiore di questo mese è senza dubbio uno dei miei fiori preferiti: il papavero.

The August flower is one of my favourite: the poppy. 

Questo delicatissimo fiore è tanto difficile da coltivare quanto semplice da riprodurre in una nail art.
In questo caso è bastato creare delle macchie di colore con l'acrilico diluito per andare poi ad aggiungere gli steli e i puntini neri.
Ecco qualche altra foto:

This extremely delicate flower is very easy to to reproduce in a nail art.
In this case I made some colored spots with acrylic diluted, and then I just added the stems and dots blacks.

BirthFlowers Challenge #7 July- WATERLILY

Il fiore di luglio è la Ninfea, un fiore davvero suggestivo che desideravo da molto provare a riprodurre in una nail art.

The July flower is the Waterlily a gorgeous flower that from a long time I wanted to try to reproduce on a nail art.

Dopo aver steso una base bianca sulle unghie ho usato del colore acrilico molto diluito per creare una base 'acquerellosa'. Sono quindi passata a dipingere le foglie e le ninfee stilizzate.
After applying a white base color on the nails I used acrylic very diluted to create a watercolored base. I then moved on to paint the leaves and the stylized water lilies.

Il fiore di giugno è la Rosa, uno dei fiori più nailartati in assoluto... non è stato quindi difficile trovare l'ispirazione.

The June flower is the Rose, one of the most nail-arted flower of the world I suppose. 

Datemi una base nude decorata con delle rose e mi farete felice!
Ecco perchè quando ho visto la nail art della bravissima Sarah non ho saputo trattenermi e l'ho presa a modello per la puntata di oggi.

Give me a nude base decorated with roses and you'll make me happy!
So you can understand why I immediately felt in love with this nail art made by the very talented Sarah and I decided to replicate it for this appointment.

 La base è sempre il solito OPI My Vampire Is Buff e le rose sono state create con i colori acrilici.

The base is my beloved OPI My Vampire Is Buff and the roses has been painted with acrylic colours.

Tra l'altro anche i Queen hanno scritto una bellissima canzone che si intitola proprio come questo fiore.

By the way there is also a beautiful Queen's song alled 'Lily Of The Valley':

I am forever searching high and low

 Ma torniamo alla nail art: si tratta di semplici acrilici su base nera.
