Smaltopedia 2.0 - Episode 6

La nail art di oggi era da moltissimo tempo nella mia lista delle manicure da cui trarre ispirazione: è della bravissima autrice del blog Let Them Have Polish e si tratta di un gradient molto particolare impreziosito da glitter dorati.
This nail art was from a long time in my list of manicures for inspiration.
It is made by  the talented blogger from Let Them Have Polish and is a very special gradient embellished with golden glitter.

Per quanto riguarda anulare e mignolo, ho voluto sfoggiare il mio amatissimo indie con foglia d'oro; nonostante la base sia un blu scuro invece di un nero trovo il contrasto gradevole.

Il mio unico cruccio è stato quello di non avere gli stickers adatti per creare l'effetto mezzaluna: mi sono arrangiata con quello che passava il convento e purtroppo le linee sono risultate un po' irregolari.

Regarding ring and little fingers, I wanted to show off my beloved indie with gold leaf; even though the base is a dark blue instead of black I find it a pleasing contrast.
My only regret was not to have stickers suitable to create the half moon effect, so unfortunately the lines were a bit 'irregular.

Gold on purple

Buongiorno, come va? State affrontando anche voi il trauma da rientro dalle ferie?
Quella di oggi è una nail art che ho fatto diversi mesi fa, usando:

• Essence Tribal Summer #03 ta-la-ra
• L'Oreal Amazon Flash

Abbiamo pallini e gradient dorati su base viola. E' una cosetta molto semplice realizzata al volo, ma non mi è dispiaciuta affatto... fatemi sapere cosa ne pensate, se vi va.

We have just gold dots and gradients on a purple base. It 'a very simple little thing done on the fly, but it is not bad.... let me know what you think, if you like.

Good morning and good December!
Today I would like to show you a stamping with just a golden touch.
You can see the ingredients below:

Vi avverto... come al solito, quando una nail art mi piace va a finire che faccio un sacco di foto!
Quindi... non mi offenderò se non le guarderete tutte. ^_^
L'unica cosa che vorrei aggiungere è che questo Kiko 813 mi è piaciuto un SACCO. E' un marrone freddo con delle scagliette magenta che lo rendono proprio interessante.
So che non a tutte questa linea è piaciuta, ma io ve lo consiglio!

Be warned ... as usual, when I like a nail art,  it ends up that I do a lot of pictures!
So ... I do not be offended if you do not you will watch them all. ^ _ ^
The only thing I would add is that this Kiko 813 I liked it a LOT. It 'a cool brown with magenta flakes that make it quite interesting.

Stylized floral pattern

Bene bene, venerdì è arrivato... questa settimana sembrava non dover finire mai!
Oggi vi lascio con questo tema floreale tono su tono, impreziosito da un tocco dorato. Ad essere onesti alcuni dei fiori sono venuti bene ma... altri decisamente meno.
Volevo intitolare il post "Pattern floreale stilizzato i cui fiori sono stati parzialmente schiacciati da una macchina mentre faceva retromarcia", ma alla fine il titolo sembrava troppo lungo... vogliatemi bene lo stesso! ;-)

Thanks God, Friday has finally arrived ... this week seemed to never end!
Today I leave you with this floral design tone on tone, embellished with a golden touch. 
To be honest some of the flowers have come good but ... others definitely not.
I wanted to title the post "stylized floral pattern whose flowers were partially crushed by a car while it was doing a reverse course," but in the end the title seemed too long ... hope it is fine for you anyway! ;-)

Salve a tutti!
Questo lunedì ha tutta l'aria di essere abbastanza impegnativo: ha iniziato a piovigginare (almeno da me) e sembra proprio che l'estate se ne stia fuggendo via... Per allontanare questi pensieri malinconici, vi propongo una nail art tutta fiori e raggi dorati: ebbene sì, ci ho provato di nuovo con gli acrilici.
Ingredienti:

• Catrice 30 Lilactric
• L'Oreal Amazon Flash
• Colori acrilici

Il risultato non è dei migliori.... ancora ho molto da imparare su questa tecnica.
Spero comunque che vi piaccia, che ne dite?

This Monday looks to be quite challenging: it has started to drizzle (at least by me) and it seems that the summer is running away ... To ward off these melancholy thoughts, I propose a nail art full of flowers and golden rays: yes, I tried again with acrylics.
Ingredients:

• Catrice 30 Lilactric
• L'Oreal Amazon Flash
• Acrylic colors

 The result is not the greatest in the world .... I still have SO much to learn about this technique.
Anyway, hope you like it, what do you think?

Dots on turquoise base

Ecco un post veloce basato soprattutto sui colori (la nail art è a dir poco essenziale).
Trovo che l'oro e l'azzurro risaltino ancora più le qualità di questo grazioso smalto Kiko.
Per me è promosso! Voi avete provato qualche smalto di questa nuova linea?

Here's a quick post mainly based on the colors (the nail art is essential, just dots).
I find that the gold and the blue stand out even more the quality of this lovely nail polish Kiko.
For me it is a thumb up! Have you tried some of those new nail polishes?

Delicate design on turquoise base (Kiko Quick Dry 834 Tiffany Dorato)

Buongiorno e benvenuti nella metà della settimana!... che poi è solo un modo cervellotico per dire: buon mercoledì.

I lettori più attenti noteranno che il disegno su indice, medio e mignolo non è del tutto nuovo; in effetti mi era piaciuto tanto questo disegno che ho voluto provare a riprodurlo.

La base è una new entry: si tratta infatti delle nuova linea Kiko ad asciugatura veloce.

Ma vediamo tutti gli ingredienti:

• A-England Bridal Veil
• L'Oreal Amazon Flash
• Kiko Quick Dry 834 Tiffany Dorato 

Questo nuovo smalto mi è piaciuto parecchio. I suoi punti di forza:

• Colore coprente (2 passate)
• pennellino piatto e largo
• asciugatura ragionevole

 

Hello and welcome to the middle of the week! ... then that is just a bizarre way to say happy wednesday. ;-)
Attentive readers will notice that the design of the index, middle and little finger is not entirely new, in fact I liked this design so much that I wanted to try to reproduce it.
The base is a new entry: it is part of the new Kiko fast-drying products.
But let's see all the ingredients: 

• A-England Bridal Veil
• L'Oreal Amazon Flash
• Kiko Quick Dry 834 Tiffany Dorato

This new nail polish I liked it a lot. His strengths:

• Opaque Color (2 coats)
• flat and wide brush
• reasonably fast drying

Ecco qui un pò di foto!
Ho semplicemente riprodotto il disegno cambiando i colori e aggiunto un accent con fiorellini stilizzati.
Per riprendere il colore delle pagliuzze dorate della base, ho ripassato i dettagli con il bellissimo smalto dorato Amazon Flash.

I just reproduced the design by changing the colors and adding an accent with stylized flowers.
To underline the color of the little gold flakes in the base, I highlighted the details with the beautiful golden Amazon Flash.
