Sto cercando di sforzarmi... è vero che pure questi sono fiori, ma in fin dei conti è quasi un disegno astratto, no?... Ok, lo ammetto mi sto arrampicando sugli specchi. Ecco a voi l'ennesimo motivo floreale!
Please note that I'm trying to force myself ... it is true that even these are flowers, but in the end it is almost an abstract design, isn't it? ... Ok, I admit I'm arguing that black is white. Here comes another floral pattern!

Come nelle migliori tradizioni, il pattern è disegnato con i colori acrilici su base blu (Wjcon 299).
As you can imagine, the pattern has been realized with acrylic colors on a blue base (Wjcon 299).

L'ispirazione per il mese attuale rientra assolutamente nelle mie corde... a malincuore ho dovuto smorzare un pò l'effetto arcobaleno perchè dovevo andare al lavoro la mattina dopo e non avevo il tempo per fare la nail art, toglierla e rimettere lo smalto. Questi sono i drammi della vita!
I liked a lot the inspiration for this month! I reluctantly had to tone down a bit the rainbow effect because I had to go to work the next morning and I had no time to do nail art, remove it and do my nails again. These are the dramas of life!

Temo di aver seriamente sottovalutato il motivo di oggi...a prima vista mi era sembrato facile da realizzare, ma quando ho messo mano agli smalti mi sono resa conto di quanto mi sbagliavo!
I'm afraid I really underestimated the pattern of today ... at first it seemed easy to achieve, but when I started to work with the nail polishes I realized how wrong I was!

Ad ogni modo mi sono armata di pazienza, dotter e dei seguenti smalti:

Ovviamente la realizzazione è affidata agli acrilici, ma stavolta ho voluto provare a giocare un pò con i colori realizzando un accent in negativo. A voi quale combinazione piace di più?
Obviously, the implementation is entrusted to acrylics, but this time I wanted to try to play a bit with the colors creating a negative accent. Which is your favourite combination?

Chi mi segue avrà sicuramente notato quanto mi piacciano i disegni "acquerellosi"... ovviamente mi sono innamorata a prima vista di questo pattern dai toni delicati.
Riprodurlo è abbastanza semplice, ma solo a patto di usare i colori acrilici diluiti, infinitamente più maneggevoli degli smalti tradizionali.

Whoever follows me will have noticed how much I like the watercolors drawings... so it was natural for me to fall in love at first sight with the delicate tones of this pattern.
Reproduce it is simple enough, but only if you use diluted acrylic paints, infinitely more manageable than traditional nail polishes.

La base è il bianco 227 della Wjcon e i fiori, come ho detto, sono realizzati con colori acrilici diluiti.
The base is 227 white by Wjcon and the flowers, as I have just said, are made with diluted acrylic paints.

[Finishpedia] episode 24: Neon

Bentornate alla Finishpedia!
Nell'ultima puntata rendiamo omaggio ad uno dei finish più gettonati dell'estate: il Neon. Vediamo subito la definizione (dal sito di Lacquerized):

You could say neon describes color, not finish. But most neons do have a particular finish, very bright colors that often dry semi-matte.

Per l'occasione ho scelto due neon della Wycon (o Wjcon??) vediamo subito le foto.

We see today a very Summer Nail polish: Neon. Let's see the definition (from Lacquerized blog) :

Ero molto indecisa tra due nail art e alla fine, non sapendo scegliere.... le ho fatte tutte e due!
La prima è molto "sobria", come mio solito...
I was undecided between two nail art and at the end, not knowing which one to pick .... I made them both!
The first is very "sober", as my usual ...

 La seconda l'ho immaginata fin dal primo momento: partendo da una base bianca mi sono armata di spugnetta e...
I imagined the second one from the first moment: starting from a white base I armed myself with sponge and ...

.... ecco una bella nail art sfumata ma sparaflashante! Vi piace?
... here we are with a very impressive gradient! Do you like it?

E' da un sacco di tempo che avevo voglia di provare questo pattern, selezionato tra i primi candidati per il Pattern Wednesday! Poi è finito un pò in disparte ed è diventato troppo fuori stagione per estate autunno e inverno. Ma finalmente siamo a Maggio e i fiori ci stanno benissimo, non credete? Assecondatemi mi raccomando, non vorrete mica darmi un dispiacere! :-D
It 'a long time that I wanted to try this pattern, selected one of the first candidates for the Pattern Wednesday! Then it ended on the sidelines and became too out of season for the summer fall and winter. But finally we are in May and the flowers are fine, don't you agree? 

La realizzazione è semplicissima: sono partita da una base bianca ed ho tracciato delle linee nere con l'acrilico (non avevo nè tempo nè voglia di usare lo striping tape, lo ammetto...) per poi usare il dotter per creare i fiorellini. Un ultimo tocco con l'acrilico verde per le foglioline e il gioco è fatto!
The realization is so easy: I started with a white base and then I painted black lines with acrylic colors. Then I used the dotter to create the flowers and then... a last touch with acrylic colors for the leaves. And that's it!

Il pattern di oggi è un'altra dotticure... si vede che ho un debole per questo genere?
Ad essere onesta non sono soddisfattissima del risultato, forse i dots non sono venuti fuori regolari quanto avrei voluto.

Today pattern is another dotticure! I loike this kind of nail art very much as you can suppose.
To be honest I am not totally satisfied of how the nail art turned off... maybe I have to try to recreate it with more regular dots some day!

Spero che possa piacervi comunque, è stato divertente crearla!

Il pattern di oggi è molto semplice: sono dei dot ad effetto acquerello su base bianca.
The pattern of today is very simple: it is dots in watercolor on white base.

E' da un bel pò che volevo sperimentare questa tecnica e ho colto l'occasione!
Alla fine mi ha proprio affascinata... la realizzazione è di una semplicità disarmante, mentre l'effetto finale è proprio molto particolare.
Che ne dite? vi piace?

Is a long long time I wanted to experiment with this technique and I took the opportunity!
In the end I was just fascinated ... the realization is so simple, and the final effect is really very special.
