Pattern Wednesday episode 10

Il pattern di oggi, citando una celebre cantante senese, è bello e impossibile. E in effetti questa è esattamente una delle cose che mi piacciono di questa sfida settimanale: è un modo per cercare di superare i propri limiti e cimentarsi con nail art che d'istinto non faremmo mai, giudicandole troppo difficili.

The pattern for today is nice but impossible. And in fact, this is exactly one of the things I like about this weekly challenge: it is a way to try to overcome our own limits and experiment with nail art that instinctively we would never do, judging them too complicated.

Ecco qui la mia versione: ho fatto del mio meglio, ma la macro non perdona. Dopo aver visto le foto mi sono detta: qui urge trovare dei colori più adatti alla micropittura! Avete dei consigli?

Here is my version: I did my best, but the macro does not forgive any inaccuracy. After seeing the photos I said to myself: here is urgent to find the most suitable colors for micro-painting! Do you have any advice?

Barry M Aquarium nail art

Buongiorno gente!
Come è iniziata la vostra settimana? La mia con un gran sonno... ma per fortuna qui da me splende il sole ed essendo io marcatamente meteoropatica sono certa che questo gioverà al mio umore.

How did your week start? Mine is very sleepy ... but luckily the sun is shining here and being markedly meteoropathic I am sure that this will improve my mood.

E sempre per tirarci su di morale, vorrei condividere con voi questo esperimento che ho realizzato con i due Barry M che ho acquistato in Scozia:

Today I would like to share with you the experiment I did with the two Barry M that I bought during the holiday:

• Mediterranean
• Arabian

La nail art è indubbiamente elementare, ma l'effetto è assicurato, soprattutto grazie al forte contrasto con la base nera.

The nail art is really simple, but the 'wow' effect is guaranteed, mainly due to strong contrast with the black base.

[HOLOTHON 2.0] episode 12 - Catrice Dirty Berry

Buongiorno e bentornate al nostro appuntamento settimanale con gli smalti holo!
Siamo agli sgoccioli oramai, ma debbo dire che questa Holothon 2.0 mi è piaciuta tantissimo.
Lo smalto di oggi è una riserva, perché speravo di avere un gioiellino da mostrarvi, ma il mondo sta evidentemente congiurando contro di me... per fortuna che mi ero preparata un piano B!

We are almost at the end now, but I must say that I really loved this Holothon 2.0. 
The nail polish of today is a reserve, because I was hoping to have a gem to show you, but the world is obviously conspiring against me ... luckily I had prepared a plan B!

La nail art è davvero semplice, ma mi piaceva l'accostamento opaco su holo, e i fiorellini bianchi sono un classico: portabili e facili da fare.
Niente di incredibile, ma passabile, insomma!

The nail art is really simple, but I liked the combination of matte on holo base, and small white flowers are a classic: portable and easy to do.
Nothing amazing, but acceptable in the end!

Molto bene, adesso andiamo tutti a vedere le perle rare che condividono oggi le mie compagne d'avventura!

Pattern Wednesday episode 9

Il pattern di oggi l'ho scelto proprio io perché mi sembrava carino ed estivo, ho anche insistito per realizzarlo al più presto per poterlo proporre quando ancora (sulla carta perlomeno) eravamo appunto in estate.
Ma è stato difficilissimo da realizzare, mannaggia!!! Non tanto le ancore sull'accent, ma le minuscole ancorette sono state micidiali.

The pattern was chosen by me because I thought  it looked cute and summery, and I also insisted to propose it as soon as possible to be able to show it even when we were still in summer.
But it was SO difficult to realize, damn !!! Not so much the anchors on accent, but the tiny anchors have been a nightmare.

Floral Nail Art on Holo base

Buongiorno gente, come è iniziato il vostro settembre?
Il mio è già abbastanza concitato... motivo per cui questo post sarà abbatanza sintetico.
Ci tenevo molto a farvi vedere la nail art che ho realizzato sullo smalto che vi ho mostrato venerdì.

Mine is already quite frenetic ... which is why this post is really concise.
I really wanted to show you the nail art that I made on the nail polish I showed you last Friday.

 Il tema è prettamente floreale, anche se i colori che ho scelto sono un pò insoliti per un pattern di questo tipo.Vi piace?

The theme is purely floral, although the colors I chose are a bit unusual for a pattern of this kind.
