Ad ogni modo volevo condividere un grande traguardo: alla fine sono riuscita a far crescere dei papaveri nel mio mini giardinetto! L'evento meritava di essere celebrato, no? Ed ecco a voi un pattern adattissimo allo scopo!
I wanted to share a great news: I was finally able to grow some poppies in my little garden! And here you can see the perfect pattern to celebrate this event!

Salve a tutti! Questo è un post programmato! Vi lascio in compagnia di questi pesciolini mentre io sarò in montagna a passeggiare. E voi dove siete? Mare, montagna o ancora al lavoro in attesa di partire?
I'm sharing this fishy pattern while I'm... hiking! Probably it's not really well matched with my holidays but I liked them too much! Where are you now? On the mountains, at sea or still at work waiting for holidays?

Granchietti! Granchietti! Granchietti! C'è altro da aggiungere?.... forse che ho rimpianto la scelta nel momento stesso in cui ho preso i pennelli in mano, ma... non sono adorabili?
Crabs! Crabs! Crabs! Is there anything else to add? .... maybe that I regretted the choice exactly in the moment when I started to paint, but ... aren't they just adorable?

Che ci piacciano i temi floreali non è certo una novità, ma quello che più mi è piaciuto di questo è la combinazione di colori, quasi marinara. Oramai le ferie si avvicinano, anche se io quest'anno le trascorrerò in montagna... e voi? Vi state preparando alle ferie?

You alreadyu know that I like floral themes, don't you?  Anyway what I liked best about this is the combination of colors, that I woul define sailor like. This makle me think about holidays, even if this year I will spend most of the time hiking ... what about you? Are you ready for the holidays?

Tribute Nail Art Challenge Episode 2

Buon lunedì e buon luglio!
Pronte per la seconda puntata della nostra Tribute Nail Art Challenge? Oggi io e  Aly ci siamo ispirate alla particolarissima nail art di Hang Nguyen, che trovate su IG.
Trovo le sue nail art perfette nel loro essere minimal ed eleganti, ma mantenendo sempre un tocco di eleganza e di follia, che non guasta mai!

Are you ready for the second episode of our Tribute Nail Art Challenge? Today Aly and I were inspired by Hang Nguyen's very particular nail art, that you can find on  IG.
I find her nail arts just perfect in their being minimal and elegant, but always maintaining a touch of madness, which is always good!

Per realizzare la nail art ho usato una tecnica mista: per la parte superiore mi sono servita dello striping tape per creare una linea dritta con lo smalto, mentre per le lunette inferiori ho preferito ripiegare sui colori acrilici, sigillando il tutto con un buon top coat.
Spero che la mia versione vi piaccia, ecco qualche altra foto:

To create the nail art I used a mixed technique: for the upper part I used the striping tape to create a straight line with the nail polish, while for the lower section I preferred to use the acrylic colors, sealing everything with a good top coat.
